The GENERACJA.pl network operator, in the case of services provided through a fibre-optic cable brought to the Customer's premises, provides a fibre-optic device for the duration of the agreement.

According to the Regulations, within 7 days from the end of the agreement, the device together with the equipment (the list of elements is included in the protocol of equipment handover) should be returned to the operator.

The return should be made by courier or post to the company's address or to a parcel locker.

In case of non-return of equipment (or incomplete return), an additional fee will be charged according to the protocol of equipment handover for each unreturned element.
